The Sales Calls Report command is in the Sales Reports section.
When the Sales Calls Report command is selected, the Sales Calls Report screen will open.
You have several options to select how the report will be displayed, and which filters will be applied to the information shown.
Date Type: Select the Date Type for the report. The report can be printed by Contact Date (the date the call was entered as a Sales Call) or Trace Date (the date the User will be reminded of the call through their Personal Trace Calendar). By default, the report will be generated by Contact Date.
Date Range: Use the drop-down menus or the calendar icons to select the date range you wish to have displayed on the report. By default the date selected is today's date.
Sort By: Select a Sort By option for the report. Use the radial buttons to select which option to sort the calls by, Last Name, Contact Date, Trace Date, the Trace To (User who will be reminded of the call through their personal trace calendar), the Type of call, or the Next Steps for the Sales Call. By default, the report will be sorted by Last Name.
Report Filters: You may select ANY appropriate Report Filters. The information can be filtered using Trace To, (which allows you to select the User(s) to display), Call Type, and/or Next Steps. Hold down the CTRL key while making selections from the lists to select multiple filters from each box.
When finished, click the orange button Print Sales Call Report.
Once generated, the Calls Sales Summary Report displays the company or guest information entered into Skyware Systems, (company name, primary contact, address and phone number, market segment and origin codes), and the fields that define the call (who made the call, call type, next step, and who is being traced for the call), and the dates associated with the call. Any comments that were entered for the call record in the comments section of the Sales Calls screen will also be displayed.
By default, the report is generated in PDF form and opens in a separate browser window. From there you can select to save or print the report, among other options. You can, instead, check the Generate report to Excel checkbox to generate the report to view or print as an Excel file instead of PDF. The information in this case will then be correct for importing into another document rather than immediate viewing.
NOTE: The generated report appears as a pop-up window through your browser. If your browser is set to block pop-ups, you may receive a warning banner at the top of the browser. Click this banner and select to allow pop-ups so that you can view the report.
